Privacy policy

The short version

No cookies. This site does not set or read cookies, and it does not store anything in your browser.
No analytics and no trackers. No visit counter, no advertising pixel, no session recording, no fingerprinting.
No forms that send anything. Nothing you type on a page of this site is posted to us or to anyone else.
We hold only what you choose to send us by email or WhatsApp, as described below.

When you write to us

You can reach us at aimarketing@gonzo.co.in and, where the contact page shows one, on a WhatsApp number. The links on this site that start a message are ordinary email and WhatsApp links. Pressing one opens your own email app or WhatsApp with a draft in it. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself, and the message then travels through your email provider or through WhatsApp, under their own terms.

When you write, we receive what you send: your email address or phone number, and whatever you wrote. We use it to answer you.

The free audit request

The audit request on the free audit page is a prefilled message of the same kind: it opens a draft in your email app or WhatsApp that asks for a web address and an email address. It is not a form on this site. The web address and email address you send are used only to prepare and send you the audit. They are not added to a list.

One file from another site

The home page loads one file from another site: a 3D graphics library (Three.js) from cdnjs.cloudflare.com, a public content delivery network. Your browser fetches the file directly from that server, so the server can see your IP address and the usual details a browser sends with any request. We do not receive that information. No other page loads a script, font, image, video or frame from another site.

The Ask box

The Ask box on the pages runs in your browser. It searches a file of written answers that your browser fetches from this site. What you type into it stays in your browser, and nothing is sent anywhere.

Server logs

When you load any page, the server that delivers it can see your IP address and the page you asked for, as any web server can. This site adds no analytics or tracking on top of that.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to sources and tools on other sites. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies, not this one.

What an earlier version said

An earlier version of this page, carried over from the previous website, described cookies, customer surveys and the collection of postcodes, interests, public profiles and CVs. This site does none of those things, so that text has been taken off this page.

Not decided yet

These points are not settled in writing, so this page does not state them: how long we keep the messages you send us, how long the hosting provider keeps server logs, what rights apply to you under the data-protection law of your country, and the name of a person to contact about a complaint.
