Doubts, answered

Free audit, no accounts, we change nothing.

Or ask a person: aimarketing@gonzo.co.in +91 7390990227 WhatsApp

You are about to hand a business process to a company you have not met. Here are the questions we would ask, with the answers we can stand behind.

Every answer comes from our own price list, our own proposal wording or how the systems are built. Where the answer is not settled, it says A person will confirm and points you to Ask a person. That is the rule: if we cannot answer it, we say so.

Trust

Who you are dealing with, and what you can check.

Is this really AI? Am I dealing with a bot?

Yes, the systems are AI, and they say so. The first message a system sends on its own, on chat, email or WhatsApp, states that it is an AI. That is built into the sending step. There is no setting to switch it off.

Voice is not built yet. A voice, when there is one, will be plainly synthetic, will say it is an AI and will never be a copy of a real person's voice.

This answer box is not AI. It searches a fixed list of written answers.

Who owns my data, my accounts and the workflow?

You own the workflow, the account, and the data from day one, not us. Credentials and documentation are handed to you in writing before we mark this live, not after. This is a gate in our own delivery process, not a promise.

That paragraph is in every proposal, for every product.

What we cannot answer yet: the contract wording on data return after you cancel, and the exact export format. A person will confirm both in writing before you sign.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

What happens if you disappear?

You own the workflow, the account, and the data from day one, not us. Credentials and documentation are handed to you in writing before we mark this live, not after. This is a gate in our own delivery process, not a promise.

In the delivery pipeline, a deal cannot be marked live until the handover is logged.

What we have not yet written down: whether every part of every system keeps running without us. A person will tell you exactly what keeps running for the product you are looking at.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Handover wording and the live gate

Which AI does it use, and does my data go to another AI company?

The models are Hermes and DeepSeek, and the code allows no others. Which product uses which:

  • AI Outreach & Lead Qualification Engine: our product list says it runs only on Hermes and DeepSeek.
  • E-commerce Order, Returns & Product Support Assistant and Connected Operations Layer (MCP): the stack lists Hermes and DeepSeek.
  • Every other product: a person will confirm in writing which models are used, because the product list does not say.

Rules and templates decide what is said. The model only helps with wording, and its wording is thrown away if it changes a figure or adds a claim.

Before text reaches a model, email addresses, phone numbers and money amounts are swapped for placeholders by pattern, and names are swapped where they have been supplied to the tool. An address, a name nobody supplied or an order number is not caught, so this lowers the risk and is not proof that no personal data remains.

Both model families are hosted. We have not yet settled whether hosted models may see redacted personal data, so we do not claim that your data never reaches another AI company. How personal data is handled is on the trust page. What the model providers' own terms say about training is not on file, so we do not state it. Nothing here has run live yet.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Will it embarrass me in front of a customer?

We cannot promise it never gets something wrong. No system can, and we will not say so.

What it is built to do instead:

  • Answer from the data and policy you give it. The support and reception systems say so when a question is not covered, and pass it to a person.
  • Stop and tell you on a complaint, a legal threat, a request for a human, a STOP, or a data-erasure request. It sends at most one neutral acknowledgment.
  • Say it is an AI on the first message, so nobody is misled about who they are talking to.
  • Keep money questions inside limits you set. Above them, it sends a holding line and asks you.
  • Write every action to a tamper-evident log you can check afterwards.

Do you have clients I can speak to, or case studies?

We do not have published client results to show you yet, so we will not quote any, and we will not show logos or testimonials we do not have.

What we can give you: a description of what each system does, the fixed price, the handover terms, and the sandbox replay on the home page, which is simulated and labeled as such.

Every product is listed as a capability, not as a result. That changes only when a client confirms a number and agrees to its being named.

Source: Proof status on the product list and the objection table

Who is behind Gonzo, and are you a legitimate company?

Gonzo Digital is based in India and sells to businesses outside India.

If you need the named person, the registered company name, the registered address and the tax number before you sign, ask and a person will send them in writing. They also appear in the site footer once we have published them, and nothing is shown there that is not true.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Vendor-risk wording on the product list and pipeline

Is the console on your home page real? Are those real clients?

It is a replay of a sandbox run: simulated customers, simulated messages, a simulated business. It is labeled that way where it appears. It is not a client, and no number in it is a client result.

It shows how the checkpoint, the limits and the kill switch behave. It does not show what a system would earn you.

Source: Data contract of the site (meta.mode)

Is it GDPR compliant? Do you hold any certifications?

We do not claim GDPR compliance, SOC 2, ISO 27001 or any other certification, because we do not hold one. Compliance is something a person has to confirm for your use of a system, not something a product can have on its own.

What is built in, and can be checked: the AI says it is an AI on the first message; a STOP or a data-erasure request ends the conversation and goes to a person; sends respect consent records and daily caps; and, where a model is used, before text reaches a model, email addresses, phone numbers and money amounts are swapped for placeholders by pattern, and names are swapped where they have been supplied to the tool. An address, a name nobody supplied or an order number is not caught, so this lowers the risk and is not proof that no personal data remains.

No data processing agreement is on file. A person will confirm whether we can sign one, and on what terms, in writing. Where the data is stored and how long it is kept are not on file either, and a person will answer those in writing.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Hand-off rules, disclosure and the redaction rule

Will it spam people? Who is it allowed to message?

Most systems write only to people who wrote to you first or agreed to hear from you: the Lead Response Engine, Dormant List Revival, Client Onboarding, the AI Receptionist and the E-commerce Support Assistant.

The AI Outreach & Lead Qualification Engine is the one that can write first. It writes only to business contacts that come from public business data, an introduction or an inbound inquiry, each cleared by a consent check, and it says it is an AI on the first touch. A bought or scraped list is refused. Whether cold business email is allowed depends on the country of the person you write to: the market pages list what each regulator says, with dates, and are not legal advice.

WhatsApp goes through the official Business API only: opted-in contacts, and an approved template outside the 24-hour reply window. There is no cold or broadcast WhatsApp and no cold calling. A STOP is honored before anything else is said. Sends run under a daily cap that a person sets.

Source: WhatsApp, consent and cap rules in the agents

What if a customer complains or mentions a lawyer?

It does not try to handle it. A complaint, a legal or compliance matter, a high-value or VIP contact, a request for a human, a STOP and a data-erasure request all go to a hand-off lane. The system stops conversing after at most one neutral acknowledgment and notifies you.

Source: The hand-off lane

Do you guarantee results?

No. We do not guarantee results, rankings, revenue or accuracy. We will not promise a perfect score on anything, and no honest vendor can.

We will not tell you that every lead is qualified, and nobody honest does. Lead scoring comes with the evidence behind each score, and a weekly report shows what share of the leads that fit your profile were actually engaged.

What is fixed is the scope and the price. You know the list of deliverables and the cost before you sign. Whether that earns you money depends on your business.

Source: Honesty rules in the objection table and the product list

What if it gets something wrong?

It will sometimes get things wrong. It is not error-free, and we will not say it is.

What happens next: a failed action is retried, then set aside in a queue where you can see it, rather than dropped quietly. A question outside its data or policy is passed to a person instead of guessed at. Each action is written to a tamper-evident log, so you can see what it did and when.

Source: Reliability layer and audit chain

Can I turn it off?

Yes, there is a kill switch. Every send goes through one checkpoint, and halting it stops the sending. There is also a circuit breaker that stops a failing action from repeating. A STOP from a customer is honored at once. The system ships switched off, and turning it on is one recorded step by a named person.

For the Connected Operations Layer, accounts connect through the provider's own sign-in and you can revoke access at any time; where access tokens are held depends on the connection route (an integration router is named in its stack) and is confirmed in writing before go-live.

What is not on file: who holds the switch for your system day to day, and the cancellation and minimum-term terms. A person will confirm both before you sign.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Kill switch, circuit breaker and STOP handling

Can I see what it did?

Yes. Each action is appended to a tamper-evident log: who, what, a hash of the content, and the hash of the entry before it. Changing or deleting an entry breaks the chain and shows up when the chain is checked.

For the Connected Operations Layer the deliverable is: a full audit log of everything the agent read and every action it proposed.

A limit worth knowing: the chain proves nothing was changed afterwards. It does not prove what the system did was right.

Source: Audit chain and the Connected Operations deliverables

Can a person take over a conversation?

Yes. The lead, reception, outreach and support systems each hand over to a person: the Lead Response Engine the moment a lead asks something it cannot answer, the AI Receptionist for anything outside its script, the Outreach Engine the moment a lead replies, and the E-commerce Support Assistant the instant something is not a confident, rule-based answer.

Money

What it costs, and what we do not know yet.

What does each system cost?

Fixed scope, fixed price, in US dollars. Each system has a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee.

Lead Response Engine: $2,000 setup, $600 a month. Dormant List Revival: $1,500 setup, $500 a month. Client Onboarding Pipeline: $2,500 setup, $700 a month. AI Receptionist: $1,800 setup, $800 a month. Quote-to-Invoice Automation: $2,000 setup, $600 a month. AI Outreach & Lead Qualification Engine: $3,000 setup, $1,200 a month. E-commerce Order, Returns & Product Support Assistant: $1,800 setup, $700 a month. Managed Automation & Infrastructure Retainer: $2,500 setup, $2,500 a month. Connected Operations Layer (MCP): $5,000 setup, $2,500 a month.

Setup runs from $1,500 to $5,000. The monthly fee runs from $500 to $2,500.

Tax on top of these USD prices is not on file. A person will confirm what applies in your country.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Price list (USD)

What does the first year cost in total?

Setup plus twelve months of the monthly fee, before any tax: Lead Response Engine: $9,200. Dormant List Revival: $7,500. Client Onboarding Pipeline: $10,900. AI Receptionist: $11,400. Quote-to-Invoice Automation: $9,200. AI Outreach & Lead Qualification Engine: $17,400. E-commerce Order, Returns & Product Support Assistant: $10,200. Managed Automation & Infrastructure Retainer: $32,500. Connected Operations Layer (MCP): $35,000.

That is the list price. It does not include tax or any third-party usage charges, which a person will confirm before you sign.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Price list (USD)

What does it cost to run each month? Are there hidden fees?

The monthly fee is fixed per product, from $500 to $2,500, billed monthly, with the payment method confirmed in writing before you sign. Scope is fixed, so there is no hourly billing or open-ended project.

Some systems run on third-party services their stack names, such as the WhatsApp Business API or a voice gateway. Whether those providers' own usage charges sit inside the monthly fee, and what the fee covers beyond the listed deliverables, is not on file. A person will confirm both in writing before you sign.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Price list, stacks and the finance desk's gap list

What is the cheapest way to start?

By list price the lowest first year is Dormant List Revival: $1,500 setup and $500 a month. It fits any business with 2,000+ past customers and no active reactivation program.

Cheapest is not the same as right for you. Pick the one that fixes the task costing you the most today. Scope does not shrink to fit a budget, because a negotiated scope is how fixed-price products turn into agency projects.

Source: Price list and ICP lines

How do I pay? Card, wire, invoice?

Setup is one time, on signing, and the monthly fee is billed monthly. The payment method (card, bank transfer, invoice or something else) is confirmed in writing before you sign, so we do not state one here.

Bank transfer, PayPal, invoicing on terms, UPI and other methods are not settled either, so we will not tell you they are accepted. A person will confirm what works for your country and your bank.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Billing wording in the proposal

How much do I pay upfront, and when?

Setup is one time, on signing. After you confirm scope, we send the signed-scope agreement and the deposit invoice the same day. The delivery clock starts when that payment lands.

The size of the deposit, any balance, and payment terms such as net-30 are not on file, so we will not state them. A person will confirm them in writing before you sign.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Proposal next-step wording

What if I want a refund, or want to cancel?

Refund, cancellation, notice-period and minimum-term terms are not on file, so we will not invent them here. A person will give them to you in writing before you sign.

One thing we can say: the automated systems never decide or send a refund. A refund, chargeback or credit-note request is written down and passed to a person.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Gap list and refund intake in the finance desk

Can I get a discount or pay in installments?

The price per product is fixed, and so is the scope. We do not promise discounts, and this box cannot agree one.

If the figure is the problem, say so. A person looks at what is possible. Any change to price or payment terms is decided by a person, not by the system, and not in this box.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Fixed scope on the product list; discount handling in the objection table

Do I pay tax, GST or VAT on top?

Not on file for USD invoices, so we will not guess. A person will confirm how tax is treated on an invoice to your country.

The one thing that is on file: the India price list is shown excluding GST.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Tax note in the price book

I am in India. Is there a price in rupees?

Yes. India has its own price list, in rupees and excluding GST, separate from the US dollar list. We are not printing figures in this box, because the rupee list has not been confirmed against the dollar price list yet. Ask and a person will send you the current numbers.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: India price list in the price book

Will it pay for itself?

We cannot say, and we will not guess a number for your business. The home page has a short cost sum: staff, times hours, times what an hour costs, compared with a system's price. It is arithmetic on the figures you type in. It is not a forecast, not a promise and not a client result.

Hours given back only count if someone uses them on something that earns.

Do the sum

Source: The cost sum on the home page

Can it refund, discount or pay out money on its own?

It cannot move money out. Refunds, credit notes, write-offs, payouts, transfers and chargeback replies are not functions it has. It writes the request down and passes it to a person.

It can quote, invoice and send payment links where money comes in. On price questions it answers from the price list and negotiates only inside limits you set; above them it sends a holding line and asks you.

Technical

What it connects to, and what it will not do.

What does it connect to?

What exists today, by product. Everything below has been built and tested against simulated services only; nothing has run live for a client.

  • Lead Response Engine: the official WhatsApp Business API and email are built. The web form and web chat adapters are not built yet. Your CRM: it writes to our own CRM log, and whether it mirrors into yours is checked per CRM.
  • AI Receptionist: web chat and a calendar adapter (Google or Microsoft) are built against a sandbox calendar. The phone line and voice gateway are not built. Confirmations go by email.
  • Client Onboarding Pipeline: an e-signature webhook, an intake form, email, WhatsApp (when a template is supplied) and a calendar are built in the sandbox. The calendar tools have never run live, and the store for onboarding state is not built.
  • Dormant List Revival: email and the official WhatsApp Business API are built in the sandbox. It needs a separate sending domain and a persisted consent store.
  • AI Outreach & Lead Qualification Engine: email and official WhatsApp (opted-in contacts only) are built in the sandbox. Apollo enrichment has never run live.
  • Quote-to-Invoice Automation: an intake form, email and Stripe payment links (money in only) are built. Stripe has never been run live. Your accounting package is not connected: invoices live in the system's own book.
  • E-commerce Support Assistant: an adapter for your storefront is written per platform. Email, WhatsApp and web chat are built in the sandbox.
  • Connected Operations Layer: four Microsoft 365 read tools and two Google Drive read tools are built. Gmail or Outlook, Google Calendar, HubSpot and WhatsApp go through an integration router that has never run live, and most write connectors are not built.

Your exact version of a tool, a self-hosted system or a niche CRM is not on file. A person will check it before you sign.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Connection lists in the agent modules

Does it work with my WhatsApp?

It uses the official WhatsApp Business API, and only that. A reply inside the 24-hour window after a customer writes needs no template. A message outside the window needs an approved template and an opted-in contact. Messaging strangers and cold sends are not done, because WhatsApp's policy allows contact only with people who opted in. Broadcasts go only to opted-in contacts.

The API is reached through a provider. Whether your current number can be used, and what your setup needs, a person will check with you before you sign.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: WhatsApp rules in the agent modules

Does it work with my CRM?

The single-purpose systems write to Gonzo's own CRM log, an activity record per contact. Whether that mirrors into your CRM is not on file for most of them.

The Connected Operations Layer is the one built to work inside your own tools. It connects through an integration router to your mailbox, calendar, CRM (HubSpot is named) and documents.

For any CRM not named here, a person will confirm whether and how it connects.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Connection lists in the agent modules

Which languages does it work in?

Our price list says the Lead Response Engine replies in the visitor's language. The finance desk's answers are written in English with some Hinglish and Spanish, and it says that is its limit.

For the other products the language list is not on file. A person will confirm the languages for the one you are looking at.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Product deliverables and the finance desk's stated scope

Does it answer or make phone calls?

Chat today. Voice needs a telephony gateway that is not chosen or built yet.

The AI Receptionist answers web chat: bookings, FAQs and routing, with calendar booking that prevents double-booking and a handoff to a person for anything outside its script. It has run only against simulated callers and a simulated calendar, never against a live phone line, voice gateway or calendar.

Phone calls are not built: there is no telephony account and no speech engine. Until there are, the Receptionist does not pick up a phone. A voice, when there is one, will be plainly synthetic, will say it is an AI and will never be a copy of a real person's voice.

The Outreach Engine is text only. Nothing here makes cold calls.

Source: Receptionist and outreach definitions

What if it breaks at 2am? Is there 24/7 support?

No uptime figure is on file, so we will not quote one.

The Managed Automation & Infrastructure Retainer is the support product: a named point of contact and a real response-time commitment (SLA), reported on monthly. The response-time figure itself is not on file, so a person will give it to you in writing. Explicitly not included: 24/7 human helpdesk, on-prem hardware support, or running IT we didn't build.

Without the retainer, who you contact after launch and how fast they answer is not on file. A person will confirm before you sign.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Retainer definition on the product list

What do I need to provide to get started?

It depends on the product, and the build names what it reads:

  • AI Receptionist and Lead Response Engine: your knowledge base and business hours.
  • Dormant List Revival: your customer list, with consent records for who may be contacted.
  • E-commerce Support Assistant: your order data, your return policy and your product data.
  • Connected Operations Layer: you connect each account through its own sign-in, and can revoke it.

The exact checklist for your system is agreed when scope is signed. The full list is not on file, so a person will give it to you.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Agent modules and product deliverables

Can you customize it for my business?

The products are fixed scope on purpose: the named deliverables, at the fixed price. The proposal builder accepts no scope overrides, because a scope that changes per client is a quote for custom work, and that is a different, slower and costlier business.

If you need something outside a product, tell us what it is. A person will say whether it can be done, and it will not be quoted from this box.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Fixed-scope rule on the product list and proposal

Process

How it starts, how long it takes, who to ask.

How fast can it be live?

From a signed scope and deposit, between 7 and 21 business days, depending on the product: Lead Response Engine: 10 business days. Dormant List Revival: 7 business days. Client Onboarding Pipeline: 12 business days. AI Receptionist: 14 business days. Quote-to-Invoice Automation: 10 business days. AI Outreach & Lead Qualification Engine: 14 business days. E-commerce Order, Returns & Product Support Assistant: 12 business days. Managed Automation & Infrastructure Retainer: 7 business days. Connected Operations Layer (MCP): 21 business days.

The clock starts when the deposit payment lands. These are the figures in the proposal. What can lengthen it, such as waiting on your accounts or approvals from a messaging provider, is not on file, so a person will give you a date for your case.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Deploy days and the proposal timeline wording

How do we start?

Tell us which system fits, on the contact page.

Then, in the proposal's words: Reply to confirm scope. We send the signed-scope agreement and the deposit invoice the same day; the delivery clock starts on payment.

The signed-scope agreement fixes the deliverables and the price. After the deposit, we build and deploy. Before a system is marked live, the credentials and documentation are handed to you in writing.

Source: Proposal next step and the delivery stages

Which system do I need?

Start with the task that costs you the most today. By product:

  • Lead Response Engine: service businesses (clinics, trades, agencies) where speed-to-lead decides the sale.
  • Dormant List Revival: any business with 2,000+ past customers and no active reactivation program.
  • Client Onboarding Pipeline: agencies, clinics and consultancies whose onboarding is presently a person's memory.
  • AI Receptionist: clinics, salons and trades where the phone is the main sales channel (chat is covered today; phone calls are not built yet).
  • Quote-to-Invoice Automation: B2B service businesses billing more than ~20 invoices a month by hand.
  • AI Outreach & Lead Qualification Engine: B2B companies with a defined target-account list and no systematic way to score or work it.
  • E-commerce Order, Returns & Product Support Assistant: e-commerce and D2C brands drowning in repetitive order-status, return, and spec tickets.
  • Managed Automation & Infrastructure Retainer: businesses running 2+ Gonzo automations who need them maintained and an honest infrastructure advisor, without a full-time IT hire.
  • Connected Operations Layer (MCP): businesses whose team wastes hours moving information between disconnected tools, ready to run one governed AI operator across all of them.

If two fit, say so. A person will tell you which one to start with.

A person will confirm the open part of this. Ask a person.

Source: Product ICP lines on the product list

Who do I talk to after it is live?

With the Managed Automation & Infrastructure Retainer: a named point of contact and a real response-time commitment (SLA), reported on monthly.

Without it, post-launch contact and response times are not on file. A person will tell you before you sign, so you know what you are buying.

The systems, one by one

What each one is, what is in it, what it costs.

What is the Lead Response Engine?

Inquiries sit unanswered for hours. By the time you reply, they've booked with whoever answered first.

What you get:

  • Inbound capture from WhatsApp and email into one queue (the web-form and web-chat adapters are not built yet)
  • First reply aimed at 60 seconds, 24/7, in the visitor's language (a design target, not measured live)
  • Qualifying questions asked automatically before a human is looped in
  • Handoff to a human the moment the lead asks anything the bot can't answer
  • Daily response-time report

Price: $2,000 setup (one time, on signing) and $600 a month, $9,200 in the first year. Live within 10 business days of a signed scope and deposit.

For: service businesses (clinics, trades, agencies) where speed-to-lead decides the sale.

Proof status: capability, not a client result.

Source: Product entry and the proposal wording

What is the Dormant List Revival?

You have thousands of past customers and no system that ever talks to them again.

What you get:

  • Segmentation of the existing customer list by recency and value
  • A written win-back sequence (WhatsApp + email), staged, not blasted
  • Automated send with a human-set daily cap and an honored opt-out
  • Weekly report: sent, replied, booked, revenue recovered

Price: $1,500 setup (one time, on signing) and $500 a month, $7,500 in the first year. Live within 7 business days of a signed scope and deposit.

For: any business with 2,000+ past customers and no active reactivation program.

Proof status: capability, not a client result.

Source: Product entry and the proposal wording

What is the Client Onboarding Pipeline?

A signed contract sits in an inbox for a week before anyone does anything with it.

What you get:

  • Signed-contract trigger starts the pipeline automatically
  • Intake form sent, chased, and logged without a human remembering to
  • Kickoff scheduling handled end to end
  • A living onboarding checklist visible to the client, not just internally

Price: $2,500 setup (one time, on signing) and $700 a month, $10,900 in the first year. Live within 12 business days of a signed scope and deposit.

For: agencies, clinics and consultancies whose onboarding is presently a person's memory.

Proof status: capability, not a client result.

Source: Product entry and the proposal wording

What is the AI Receptionist?

Every missed call is a booking that goes to a competitor who picked up.

What you get:

  • 24/7 chat answering today (bookings, FAQs and routing); phone calls need a telephony gateway that is not chosen or built yet
  • Calendar-integrated booking with double-booking prevention
  • Escalation to a human for anything outside its script
  • Weekly missed-opportunity report: what it would have lost without this

Price: $1,800 setup (one time, on signing) and $800 a month, $11,400 in the first year. Live within 14 business days of a signed scope and deposit.

For: clinics, salons and trades where the phone is the main sales channel (chat is covered today; phone calls are not built yet).

Proof status: capability, not a client result.

Source: Product entry and the proposal wording

What is the Quote-to-Invoice Automation?

Quotes go out by hand, invoices go out late, and chasing payment is an afterthought.

What you get:

  • Quote generation from a standard input form, sent within minutes
  • Automatic invoice on acceptance, no manual re-entry
  • Staged payment reminders that stop the moment payment lands
  • Monthly aging report: who owes what, and for how long

Price: $2,000 setup (one time, on signing) and $600 a month, $9,200 in the first year. Live within 10 business days of a signed scope and deposit.

For: B2B service businesses billing more than ~20 invoices a month by hand.

Proof status: capability, not a client result.

Source: Product entry and the proposal wording

What is the AI Outreach & Lead Qualification Engine?

You have a target list and no consistent way to work it. Leads sit unscored, outreach is inconsistent, and nobody can tell you which ones are actually worth a call.

What you get:

  • ICP-fit lead scoring with the evidence behind every score, never a black-box percentage
  • AI-drafted outreach sequences that disclose they're AI on every first touch, on every channel, by design, not a setting you can turn off
  • Runs only on Hermes and DeepSeek (how personal data is handled is described on the trust page)
  • Weekly coverage report: what share of ICP-fit leads actually got engaged
  • Handoff to a human the moment a lead replies. It scores and drafts; it never negotiates or closes

Price: $3,000 setup (one time, on signing) and $1,200 a month, $17,400 in the first year. Live within 14 business days of a signed scope and deposit.

For: B2B companies with a defined target-account list and no systematic way to score or work it.

Proof status: capability, not a client result.

What is the E-commerce Order, Returns & Product Support Assistant?

Every order-status question and return request eats a support ticket, and by the time someone answers, the customer is already frustrated, or has filed a chargeback.

What you get:

  • Order-status lookup, answered instantly from your own order data
  • Return eligibility checked against your stated policy, with the exact rule cited every time, never a black-box yes/no
  • Technical spec Q&A that answers only from your product data on file, and says so the moment a question isn't covered
  • Escalation to a human customer executive the instant something isn't a confident, rule-based answer, never a guess dressed up as one
  • Weekly report: what got escalated, and why, so the rule set improves

Price: $1,800 setup (one time, on signing) and $700 a month, $10,200 in the first year. Live within 12 business days of a signed scope and deposit.

For: e-commerce and D2C brands drowning in repetitive order-status, return, and spec tickets.

Proof status: capability, not a client result.

What is the Managed Automation & Infrastructure Retainer?

You bought the automations. Now who keeps them running, tunes them as you grow, and tells you the truth about your cloud and infrastructure bills? Doing it in-house means a hire you can't justify yet.

What you get:

  • We run and maintain every Gonzo system deployed for you: monitored, fixed and tuned as your business changes, not left to rot
  • A named point of contact and a real response-time commitment (SLA), reported on monthly
  • Quarterly review: what's working, what to add next, what to cut
  • Infrastructure & cloud advisory: we broker your colocation/cloud decisions through established channels, paid by the provider, so the advice costs you nothing extra
  • Explicitly not included: 24/7 human helpdesk, on-prem hardware support, or running IT we didn't build. We say so up front rather than overpromise a night shift we don't staff

Price: $2,500 setup (one time, on signing) and $2,500 a month, $32,500 in the first year. Live within 7 business days of a signed scope and deposit.

For: businesses running 2+ Gonzo automations who need them maintained and an honest infrastructure advisor, without a full-time IT hire.

Proof status: capability, not a client result.

What is the Connected Operations Layer (MCP)?

Your tools don't talk to each other. Your inbox, your CRM, your calendar, your WhatsApp, your documents: every one is its own island, and you are the integration nobody's paying for.

What you get:

  • One AI operator connected across your whole stack (mailbox, calendar, CRM, documents and WhatsApp Business) through the Model Context Protocol, acting as a single surface instead of ten disconnected apps (today only a few read tools are built; most write connectors are not, and the router has never run live)
  • Every irreversible action (sending, paying, publishing, deleting) stays human-approved by construction. The agent drafts and proposes; you approve. This is the safety that makes 'connect everything' sane
  • WhatsApp handled through the official Business API within its real limits: own-account messaging and inbound replies, never the stranger-outreach automation that WhatsApp's policy does not allow and that can get accounts suspended
  • Your accounts connect through the provider's own sign-in and you can revoke access at any time; where access tokens are held depends on the connection route and is confirmed in writing before go-live
  • A full audit log of everything the agent read and every action it proposed, so you can prove what happened, not just trust it did

Price: $5,000 setup (one time, on signing) and $2,500 a month, $35,000 in the first year. Live within 21 business days of a signed scope and deposit.

For: businesses whose team wastes hours moving information between disconnected tools, ready to run one governed AI operator across all of them.

Proof status: capability, not a client result.

If we cannot answer it, we say so

Some questions here end with "a person will confirm". That is not a way of avoiding the question. It means the answer is a contract term, a tax point or a technical detail of your setup, and we would rather give it to you in writing than guess in a web page.

We do not publish client results, because we do not have any yet. We do not claim certifications we do not hold. We do not guarantee outcomes. If you ask something that is not covered above, talk to us and a person will answer.
