Zapier

You need a Zap. Or you need someone to own what the Zap became.

If a Zap does the job, build it yourself and keep the money. If it has started talking to your customers, read on.

A Zap is enough when

  • It has a single trigger and only one or two actions.
  • It writes to your own tools, never to your customers.
  • If it silently stops working for a day, nobody outside your company notices.
  • You, or a colleague of yours, can open it and understand it when it breaks.

A new form row goes into a spreadsheet and sends you an email notification. A signed document is copied into a shared folder. Do those yourself. We do not sell Zapier building or Zapier consulting, so if a Zap is the right answer, build it or hire a Zapier specialist and spend nothing with us.

Signs it has outgrown the job

  • It sends messages to customers, and nobody has ever checked what happens when one of them replies STOP.
  • Two different people have edited it, and neither of them can say what it does now.
  • You find out that it failed only when a customer tells you.
  • The monthly task count is creeping toward the next plan, and each step counts against the allowance. Check how your steps are counted on the pricing page before you assume.
  • It has a separate branch for every exception, and you are afraid to touch any of them.

None of these calls for panic. Each calls for a decision about who is responsible for the Zap from now on.

Zapier's prices as read on October 2, 2026

Zapier's own pricing page, in US dollars, shows a free plan with 100 tasks a month, a Professional plan starting from $19.99 a month, and a Team plan starting from $69 a month.[1] Yearly billing is offered at 33% off the monthly rate, and the task allowance rises with the tier you pick.[1] Prices change and vary by region, and a task is not the same unit as another tool's credit or execution. Check the page before you decide.

What we build in place of a Zap

Our nine systems are Python agents for fixed tasks, from answering inquiries to chasing invoices. Each says it is an AI, stops on a STOP, hands over on a complaint, runs under a cap and a kill switch, and writes a log. No paying client has used one yet. The no-code or Python page sets out the choice, and build it yourself, or buy it done puts the prices side by side and says where each wins.

Moving a Zap off Zapier

Bring a list of your Zaps: what triggers each one, what it does, how frequently it runs, and whether it ever speaks to a customer. We will tell you which of them are fine where they are. Most of them probably are.
