AI Outreach & Lead Qualification Engine
You have a target list and no consistent way to work it. Leads sit unscored, outreach is inconsistent, and nobody can tell you which ones are actually worth a call.

Quote-to-Invoice Automation is one of Gonzo Digital's nine fixed-price systems. It costs $2,000 to set up and $600 a month, in US dollars, and goes live 10 business days after a signed scope and the deposit. It is for B2B service businesses billing more than ~20 invoices a month by hand. Anything it sends on its own says it is from an AI.

Client results. This page describes what the system can do, not what it has done for someone. We will publish a result only when a real client has earned it and agreed to be named.
| Step | What the system does |
|---|---|
| Quote | Builds it from your standard input form, inside price limits you set, and sends it within minutes |
| Invoice | Issues it automatically when the quote is accepted, with no re-entry |
| Payment link | Attaches one, for money coming in |
| Reminders | Staged, and they stop the moment payment lands |
| Reconciliation | Matches a payment to its invoice. A payment that does not match, for example by forty dollars, is not closed automatically and goes to a person |
| Aging | A monthly report of who owes what, and for how long |
Each row says what exists today and what has to be true before it runs for you. "Tested in the sandbox" means tested against simulated services.
| Connection | Status today | What going live needs |
|---|---|---|
| Intake form (web or email) | Built, tested in the sandbox. | Your standard input form, agreed when scope is signed. |
| Stripe payment links | Built for money in only. Never run live. The payment port handles whole US dollars only today. | Stripe live keys and a webhook receiver. |
| Built, tested in the sandbox. | Quotes, invoices and reminders leave from your mailbox or domain. That needs sending access over SMTP or Microsoft Graph, which is not configured on our side yet. | |
| Your accounting package | Not connected today. Invoices live in the system's own book. | Whether it mirrors into your package is checked per package before you sign. |
| Your limits | Built. Amounts above a cap, a discount past the floor or terms past the ceiling are held for a person. | Your own limit values. The code ships none. |
| Durable storage for the invoice book | The book is held in memory in the sandbox. | A database. Until then a restart would lose numbering state, so it is part of going live. |
If your accounting package already sends invoices and reminders, and your quotes come from a template you fill in within two minutes, you do not need this. It is for the business that sends more than about twenty invoices a month by hand and finds that late cash is a habit, not an accident.
Looking for the old billing and invoicing page? This is now the one page for the product. The old address redirects here.
It cannot move money out. Refunds, credit notes, write-offs, payouts, transfers and chargeback replies are not functions it has. It writes the request down and passes it to a person.
It can quote, invoice and send payment links where money comes in. On price questions it answers from the price list and negotiates only inside limits you set; above them it sends a holding line and asks you.
Not on file for USD invoices, so we will not guess. A person will confirm how tax is treated on an invoice to your country.
The one thing that is on file: the India price list is shown excluding GST.
Refund, cancellation, notice-period and minimum-term terms are not on file, so we will not invent them here. A person will give them to you in writing before you sign.
One thing we can say: the automated systems never decide or send a refund. A refund, chargeback or credit-note request is written down and passed to a person.
What exists today, by product. Everything below has been built and tested against simulated services only; nothing has run live for a client.
Your exact version of a tool, a self-hosted system or a niche CRM is not on file. A person will check it before you sign.
It will sometimes get things wrong. It is not error-free, and we will not say it is.
What happens next: a failed action is retried, then set aside in a queue where you can see it, rather than dropped quietly. A question outside its data or policy is passed to a person instead of guessed at. Each action is written to a tamper-evident log, so you can see what it did and when.
It depends on the product, and the build names what it reads:
The exact checklist for your system is agreed when scope is signed. The full list is not on file, so a person will give it to you.
You have a target list and no consistent way to work it. Leads sit unscored, outreach is inconsistent, and nobody can tell you which ones are actually worth a call.
Every order-status question and return request eats a support ticket, and by the time someone answers, the customer is already frustrated, or has filed a chargeback.
You bought the automations. Now who keeps them running, tunes them as you grow, and tells you the truth about your cloud and infrastructure bills? Doing it in-house means a hire you can't justify yet.
Send one web address. In about five business days you get a short written report. If a system fits, a fixed-price scope follows.
