Automation pricing: nine fixed-price systems in USD

Every system has a fixed scope, a one-time setup fee and a fixed monthly fee, in US dollars, for businesses outside India. The scope is the list of deliverables on the system's page. Nothing is billed by the hour.

First year is the setup fee plus twelve months of the monthly fee, before any tax. Days are business days, from a signed scope and the deposit, between 7 and 21 depending on the system.

The 14 business days listed for the AI Receptionist cover the whole system. Voice calls need a telephony gateway that is not chosen or built yet, so a person confirms in writing what is live on day 14.

Four short answers

What do I pay? A setup fee once, then a fixed monthly fee, in US dollars. The scope is the list of deliverables on the system's page, and nothing is billed by the hour.
When does the clock start? When the deposit lands, after you sign the scope. Days are business days, 7 to 21 depending on the system.
What is left out? Tax, third-party usage charges and anything outside the named deliverables. Local currency and tax are confirmed on your proposal.
Can I pay on this site? No. There is no checkout, cart or card form. The first step is the free audit, then a written scope.

How pricing works

Some terms are not settled in writing yet. This page says which, instead of guessing.

Setup is paid once. It is the one-time fee, due on signing. After you confirm scope we send the signed-scope agreement and the deposit invoice the same day, and the delivery clock starts when that payment lands. The deposit size, any balance and the payment terms are not settled in writing yet.
The monthly fee is fixed and billed monthly. How it is paid (card, bank transfer or another method) and the date the first monthly fee falls due, whether from the signed scope or from go-live, are not settled in writing on this page. A person confirms both in writing before you sign.
"First year" means setup plus twelve monthly fees, before any tax. It is a way to compare the systems on one line. It is not a prepayment price, a discount or a bill, and what you are actually invoiced in your first twelve months depends on when billing starts, which is confirmed in writing before you sign.
Days are business days. They are counted from a signed scope and the deposit: the delivery clock starts when the deposit payment lands. They run between 7 and 21 depending on the system, and are the figures in the written proposal.
Taxes are not included. Tax on top of the dollar price is not on file, so we do not state it. How any tax, GST or VAT applies to an invoice to your country is confirmed on the proposal. The India list is shown excluding GST, and how GST applies is also confirmed on the proposal.
No discounts are advertised. The price and the scope of each system are fixed. This site offers no discount, promotion or prepay price, and nothing on it can agree one. A change to price or terms is decided by a person, in writing.
Anything outside the named deliverables: ask us. If you need something that is not listed, a person tells you whether it can be done and what it would cost. It is not quoted from a web page.
Nothing is paid through this site. There is no checkout, cart, account or card form. Start with the free audit and a person takes it from there.

What is not in these prices

Tax on top of the dollar price, as above.
Third-party usage charges, such as a WhatsApp provider's fees or a voice gateway. Whether any sit inside the monthly fee is confirmed in writing before you sign.
Anything outside the named deliverables.

Refund and cancellation terms, any minimum term, and the accepted payment methods are not on file. A person gives them to you in writing before you sign. We will not invent them here.

Where to start

The lowest first-year cost on the list is Dormant List Revival at $7,500. Cheapest is not the same as right for you. Pick the one that fixes the task costing you the most today. Scope does not shrink to fit a budget, because a negotiated scope is how fixed-price products turn into agency projects.
