AI Outreach & Lead Qualification Engine

You have a target list and no consistent way to work it.

Leads sit unscored, outreach is inconsistent, and nobody can tell you which ones are actually worth a call.

$3,000 setup, then $1,200 a month. Fixed price, US dollars. Live in 14 business days from a signed scope and the deposit.

Free audit, no accounts, we change nothing.

AI Outreach & Lead Qualification Engine is one of Gonzo Digital's nine fixed-price systems. It costs $3,000 to set up and $1,200 a month, in US dollars, and goes live 14 business days after a signed scope and the deposit. It is for B2B companies with a defined target-account list and no systematic way to score or work it. Anything it sends on its own says it is from an AI.

What you get

  • ICP-fit lead scoring with the evidence behind every score, never a black-box percentage
  • AI-drafted outreach sequences that disclose they're AI on every first touch, on every channel, by design, not a setting you can turn off
  • Runs only on Hermes and DeepSeek (how personal data is handled is described on the trust page)
  • Weekly coverage report: what share of ICP-fit leads actually got engaged, the number behind our one coverage claim: 100% of your ICP-fit leads that have a consent record get contacted
  • Handoff to a human the moment a lead replies. It scores and drafts; it never negotiates or closes

Who it is for

B2B companies with a defined target-account list and no systematic way to score or work it.

How it behaves

  • Runs only on Hermes and DeepSeek (our product list states this for this system). How personal data is handled is described on the trust page.
  • Anything this system sends to a person on its own says it is an AI. There is no setting to turn that off.
  • Fixed scope. The deliverables above are the scope, and the price does not move with the hours.

What this page does not show

Client results. This page describes what the system can do, not what it has done for someone. We will publish a result only when a real client has earned it and agreed to be named.

More detail

How it runs

  1. Scores each lead against your ideal customer profile and keeps the evidence for every score: the signals that matched and the ones that are missing.
  2. Drafts a short first touch and two follow-ups that say they are from an AI, only for leads that fit and that the consent check clears.
  3. Stops at the first reply and hands the conversation to a person. A reply that mentions money goes to a person too.

Where it connects

Each row says what exists today and what has to be true before it runs for you. "Tested in the sandbox" means tested against simulated services.

ConnectionStatus todayWhat going live needs
Your target listSupplied by you.The list, with where each name came from. Only public business data, an introduction or an inbound inquiry are accepted sources.
EmailBuilt, tested in the sandbox.A separate sending domain with a finished warm-up, SMTP or Microsoft Graph access, and the operator's postal address for the footer.
WhatsApp Business API (official)Built. Opted-in contacts and approved templates only.A WhatsApp Business API account, each contact's opt-in and an approved template. There is no stranger outreach on WhatsApp.
Your CRM and consent recordsHeld in memory in the sandbox.Persisted consent and enrollment stores, with the source of each consent recorded.
Apollo enrichmentOptional. Built, never run live.A paid Apollo seat. Enriched people are scored and listed for a person, and are never written to until a consent record exists.
Sales NavigatorA person runs the search. The agent only prepares the brief. It never opens a page.

What this does not do

  • It never negotiates and never closes. It scores, drafts and sends a short sequence, and then a person takes over.
  • There is no scraping, no LinkedIn automation, no stranger outreach on WhatsApp and no cold calls. It is text only. A purchased or scraped list is refused by the consent check.
  • A score is a band (high, medium, low, no fit) with the matched and missing signals printed. It is a transparent checklist, not a model of buying intent, and never an accuracy percentage.
  • The one hundred-percent claim it may print is the coverage line, and only when it is true: 100% of your ICP-fit leads that have a consent record get contacted, with the counts beside it. Leads with no consent record are skipped and listed. Why we never claim a perfect score explains the difference.
  • The evidence a first touch needs is supplied by a person or by an audit of your own site. The agent never fetches a page.
  • Whether cold B2B email is allowed depends on the country of the person you write to. The market pages list what each regulator says, with dates. They are general information, not legal advice.

Doubts people raise about this one

Which AI does it use, and does my data go to another AI company?

The models are Hermes and DeepSeek, and the code allows no others. Which product uses which:

  • AI Outreach & Lead Qualification Engine: our product list says it runs only on Hermes and DeepSeek.
  • E-commerce Order, Returns & Product Support Assistant and Connected Operations Layer (MCP): the stack lists Hermes and DeepSeek.
  • Every other product: a person will confirm in writing which models are used, because the product list does not say.

Rules and templates decide what is said. The model only helps with wording, and its wording is thrown away if it changes a figure or adds a claim.

Before text reaches a model, email addresses, phone numbers and money amounts are swapped for placeholders by pattern, and names are swapped where they have been supplied to the tool. An address, a name nobody supplied or an order number is not caught, so this lowers the risk and is not proof that no personal data remains.

Both model families are hosted. We have not yet settled whether hosted models may see redacted personal data, so we do not claim that your data never reaches another AI company. How personal data is handled is on the trust page. What the model providers' own terms say about training is not on file, so we do not state it. Nothing here has run live yet.

Will it spam people? Who is it allowed to message?

Most systems write only to people who wrote to you first or agreed to hear from you: the Lead Response Engine, Dormant List Revival, Client Onboarding, the AI Receptionist and the E-commerce Support Assistant.

The AI Outreach & Lead Qualification Engine is the one that can write first. It writes only to business contacts that come from public business data, an introduction or an inbound inquiry, each cleared by a consent check, and it says it is an AI on the first touch. A bought or scraped list is refused. Whether cold business email is allowed depends on the country of the person you write to: the market pages list what each regulator says, with dates, and are not legal advice.

WhatsApp goes through the official Business API only: opted-in contacts, and an approved template outside the 24-hour reply window. There is no cold or broadcast WhatsApp and no cold calling. A STOP is honored before anything else is said. Sends run under a daily cap that a person sets.

Can a person take over a conversation?

Yes. The lead, reception, outreach and support systems each hand over to a person: the Lead Response Engine the moment a lead asks something it cannot answer, the AI Receptionist for anything outside its script, the Outreach Engine the moment a lead replies, and the E-commerce Support Assistant the instant something is not a confident, rule-based answer.

Do you guarantee results?

No. We do not guarantee results, rankings, revenue or accuracy. We will not promise a perfect score on anything, and no honest vendor can.

We will not tell you that every lead is qualified, and nobody honest does. Lead scoring comes with the evidence behind each score, and a weekly report shows what share of the leads that fit your profile were actually engaged.

What is fixed is the scope and the price. You know the list of deliverables and the cost before you sign. Whether that earns you money depends on your business.

Does it answer or make phone calls?

Chat today. Voice needs a telephony gateway that is not chosen or built yet.

The AI Receptionist answers web chat: bookings, FAQs and routing, with calendar booking that prevents double-booking and a handoff to a person for anything outside its script. It has run only against simulated callers and a simulated calendar, never against a live phone line, voice gateway or calendar.

Phone calls are not built: there is no telephony account and no speech engine. Until there are, the Receptionist does not pick up a phone. A voice, when there is one, will be plainly synthetic, will say it is an AI and will never be a copy of a real person's voice.

The Outreach Engine is text only. Nothing here makes cold calls.

Is it GDPR compliant? Do you hold any certifications?

We do not claim GDPR compliance, SOC 2, ISO 27001 or any other certification, because we do not hold one. Compliance is something a person has to confirm for your use of a system, not something a product can have on its own.

What is built in, and can be checked: the AI says it is an AI on the first message; a STOP or a data-erasure request ends the conversation and goes to a person; sends respect consent records and daily caps; and, where a model is used, before text reaches a model, email addresses, phone numbers and money amounts are swapped for placeholders by pattern, and names are swapped where they have been supplied to the tool. An address, a name nobody supplied or an order number is not caught, so this lowers the risk and is not proof that no personal data remains.

No data processing agreement is on file. A person will confirm whether we can sign one, and on what terms, in writing. Where the data is stored and how long it is kept are not on file either, and a person will answer those in writing.
